A1 uses the same sample from the Jacksons which is the basis of DJ Sneak's disco house anthem "Show Me The Way." Yes, in difference to Sneak, SDC does a slomo edit, but I don't see much of an original angle here apart from a nice interview intro. The B side is properly produced, but musically, it's not my cup of tea.

these edits are made with love and care. social disco club adding that interview snippet in the beginning and at the end of his treatment is heart touching. Masterful. And Cole Medina does his share, always with class. Keeping it slow and intimate. It does not disappoint and keeps the American Standard levels quite high.

A 12" of house edits of MJ may sound pretty duff to a lot of lovers of both MJ and house, but I'm pleased to say all is well on this piece of vinyl. SDC's edit of the Jacksons' disco-soul anthem "Show You The Way To Go" is the one for me. It is stripped back to the strings and a little vocal with slow but bumpy drums and bass-line. Really decent. Other two tracks are on point too.
